I just realized: What is your coloring? It looks more like water color paint than any inking I've seen.

@Cheerful_dragon: in some places it really is water color, in other places I've found a way to jack a digital paint program to make it look like water color be using the same techniques of laying down color that i would for water color

So I've now caught up on everything from the "Lets go to Egypt" plot all the way to now.

I realized something important: The archive here on SmackJeves starts one or two pages late. Maybe 4.

SmackJeves starts with the chopper landing; if that's the first thing you see, you don't know what's happening. 4 pages back, however, was the whole "Whole assembly?" "It's a war, it better not be underwear", "No, it's handbags". Followed by the "Modern Puka are not sapient like the old Pooka" -- enough backstory to let a new viewer understand everything that's happening. As well as realize that the chopper that Lan takes down could have ended this war without casualty.

What's the saying? The first casualty of war is the truth?

Also: That "chopper" page has different sized graphics on both sites. TheDuck has a smaller graphic than SmackJeeves.

Yep -- checked several. SmackJeeves is definitely showing the graphics/comics larger than TheDuck is.

And ... "Thus, the seeds of the little dragon war were sowed in the peace of the great war. Of course, no one has called Spenser 'little dragon' for a longtime".

Like Father, like son. Both are war-makers. Spenser is an ambassador, a representative of a nation; Lan is (or will be) an "ambassador" of Hades.

There are differences between the comic archives on Duct and Jeeves.

Jeeves' 10 (unseelie) and 11 (the stolen) are, on the duck, Unseelie, _bait_, and meanwhile.

"Bait" shows up much later, at #20, as "stray horse".

Not sure yet if there are other differences.
