@man in black: not fun and then everyone around you makes you feel bad cus one your fear is viewed as silly , they say you did it just to get attention, or its all in your head so stop doing it,,

I would not be upset at someone for a panic attack. I look at it this way: I have a low pain tolerance.

Everyone feels pain. People who have studied it report that everyone feels pain about the same, but the threshold at which that pain affects different people is different. Some people have a high pain tolerance -- they feel it, but don't react to it. Others, like me, react to "That couldn't have hurt". Yes, it can.

I live with someone who has a low stress tolerance, and suffers anxiety attacks. High levels of stress cause physical symptoms. Different people have different trigger levels. She has a low level, I have a high level.

Panic attacks? If it's not stress, it's something similar.

So some people have higher tolerance than others; some people have low tolerances.

If I make fun of someone because their tolerance to pain/stress/fear/blank is low and mine is not, what's to stop someone else from making fun of me when it really is serious to me?

@Cheerful_dragon: mental health is sadly an area that as people don't understand they make happy comments like "its all in your head snap out of it that can be vary hurtful to someone already in a low place,, ," Spence response is more understanding then most people are,, the world needs more Cheeful dragons
